Why Pay $80 For 1 Personal Training Session When You Can Pay $60 For 5 Training Sessions!!!! 

Gateway to health’s outdoor group fitness training program is designed for you the client to be able to train as much as you want for only a short fee.

You will have the ability to come to 1,2,3,4 or even 5 sessions a week depending on your work schedules and fitness training goals.

 The more sessions you come to the more benefit yo will recieve and the quicker you will achieve your goals. G2H strongly recommends  coming to a minimum of 3 sessions a week.

what training does this include?

 we continuesly run 8 sessions evenly throughout the month so no matter what days you come you should eventually be able to do every training day, these days include:

Boxercise – Everyone’s favourite! Get your heart rate up and is considered to be an awesome fat burner!!!

*Body Weight Blast – G2H calls this the no weights, weights day, by only utilising your body you will get an awesome resistance workout without using a machine’s.

*Kickboxercise – We utilize kicks from Kung Fu and kickboxing. Great for weight loss, toning the lower body and self defence.

*Fun and Fitness – we all need a little fun in our workout, so why not get back to basics with a good fashioned tug of war game or friendly game of tag adult style, G2H guarentees you will have a fantastic workout, and you might enjoy yourself.

*g2h cross fitness – A high intensity fitness class  borrowing methodology from the CrossFit principles utilising functional bodyweight resistance, cardiovascular and plyometric training in a format which involves timed or repetition challenges to push you beyond your comfort zone. This isn’t your ordinary circuit class!

So don’t bore yourself plodding along on the treadmill or doing that same weights program you have been doing with little results for the last six months. Challenge yourself in a fun, energetic, social outdoor environment and achieve serious results in as little as 1 month with our early morning group training classes.

*Sand bags- who needs a machine to do weights, when you can utilise a perfectly made resitance sand bag which is a perfect core development, strength, power, exercise that helps you get that toned physique without getting bulky

*Mystery workout- mystery workout will be kept a secret until the day of training, we will utilise all of our training techniques from each training day in the one session, we could do fun and fitness on the sand, or do a hard boxing/cross fitness workout. WHAT EVER G2H FEELS NECESSARY TO DO, WE WILL DO IT!!!!

 

 When and Were?

 our group is based in arthur byrne reserve at the beautiful maroubra beach at 6am start monday to friday mornings, all year around apart from public holidays. we have re enrolment on the first training day of the month, were you will be assessed to monitor your training goals.

 

Why Train 5 Days?

we choose to train 5 days per week because as we are getting more sedentary in our jobs and and getting less active in general gateway to health found it necessary to design this program so you the client can get the best results for the lowest price, also by training in the mornings you will feel more alert at work and believe it or not will start to gain more energy throughout the day.
