my Body personal training studio is a joint venture between 3 popular Eastern Suburbs personal trainers. Between us, we bring together over 21 years of experience specialising in weight loss

We saw the need to restore the faith in the health and fitness industry that the big gyms and commercial weight loss

gimmicks had taken away.

Most people these days start a crazy diet, lose some weight, go off the diet and put more weight back on.

Then they join a gym, get totally confused by all the weird and wonderful machines, get intimidated by the other gym

goers and lose the motivation to go. It is at this point that they lose faith altogether and think it is all too hard.

At MY BODY, we provide personal service in a comfortable relaxed atmosphere.

We don’t believe in gimmicks or useless machines.

We use free weights, cables, kettlebells, balls, steps and suspension slings to train your whole body head to toe every workout, ensuring you get the most bang for your buck.

We know that nutrition is integral to weight loss, so we will work with you to ensure you are eating your way to success!

Our services include;

  • One on One personal training

  • 1 on 1 personal training is all about you. The entire session is based around your need and goals. Whilst training, there is always time to discuss nutrition and your exercise outside of the studio.

  • 2 on 1 personal training

  • 2 on 1 training is almost as personal as 1 on 1 but at nearly half the cost. It is a great way to make personal training more affordable and more fun. You could even use your training partner to train the rest of the week. It is much harder to cancel a walk or a jog when you have arranged to meet someone.

  • We have regular scheduled groups running throughout the week, but if you have a group of friends and you want your own small group, we can find a suitable time and away we go.
